scallion和leek区别

leek：韭葱，原产欧洲中南部，欧洲在古希腊、古罗马时已有栽培，20世纪30年代传入中国，广西栽培时间较长，多代替蒜苗食用。

scallion：大葱，我国大葱以山东、河北、河南等省为重要产地，叶圆而中空，叶鞘基部抱合成“假茎”，幼嫩时叶和葱白都能食用。
