夏日炎炎，热浪滚滚，面对一个如此容易使人心浮气躁的季节，你有什么避暑好招吗？

 The film (500) Days of Summer always gives me a brisk feeling about relationship, but when it comes to the real summer, here comes the uneasy feelings from heat, sweat, and sunstroke. I am now studying at Wuhan City, one of "the Three Hot Stoves", where summer days without air conditioners at dormitories are horrible. Therefore, methods to avoid sunstroke are indispensible.
The most useful method is to take a cold water shower. It sweeps the sweat all over your body and eases the uncomfortable feeling of hot air. Back to the days when our dormitories were not equipped with air conditioners, it was almost impossible for one not to be woken up by heat at night. In order to fall asleep after the heat interruption, we often have to take several showers a night. Another way is to eat fruits like watermelon. Not only will they provide us with water, but they offer mineral substance as well.
In fact, since the application of air conditioners on the campus, summer days are not as hard as they used to be. Thanks to the development of science and technology, we are living a more comfortable way.
