背景介绍：

21世纪是数字时代，大家都热衷于通过数字媒体来获取信息，大家也对此上了瘾，越来越多的人因为长时间低头得了颈椎病。

话题：

如果让你戒了网络，电视，和手机其中一个，你会怎么选择？

范例1：

If it is possible, I will forbid using cell because it cause the procrastination. I like reading novel on the cell, and the radiation it produces damage the eyes. When I am addicted on the novel, I always forget doing anything. Since the cell is a tool of mobile laptop, I can search the information on the cell which leads to the overwhelming information no matter meaning or meaningless. When the exam occurs to me, I always think that there is somebody finding me so to touch it often. Hence, to get rid of the cell, I do not carry it during the important period or detach the battery.

This choice question is not difficult to answer. Without any doubt; I would abandon the television as far as the three were concerned. Here is my preference sequence: Net, Cell phone, TV. Although TV once led a trend of media reform beating radio and other print medium, it needs a new adjustment to survive in the Internet Era. The main shortage of TV lies in its one-way information flow. Regarding traditional TV, instead of grabbing the information you needed proactively, you can only receive what the TV offered passively. This deficiency restricts its continuing development. However, compared to cell phones, it has a big advantage as a family entertainment platform when combined with Internet. That’s takes time to test. For the moment, at least, I choose it. Aha.
