银行存款准备金率其实就是银行不能动用的储户存款率。比如1月25日后，准备金率上调到15%，意味着我们存100块到银行，里面有15块是银行不能用的。准备金率上调就说明了银行可以动用的资金少了，银行放贷就要仔细考虑了。央行年内十次上调存款准备金率，也是我们货币从紧政策的一个体现了。
